HOW MUCH FOR SHIRTS?

Screen Print minimums are 24 pieces per design for most traditional screen prints, and 48 per design for water base and discharge process (premium print techniques)

WHAT WE NEED: TRADITIONAL SCREEN PRINTING

1. Design & Artwork files:

BEST FILE TYPE-AI: Vector-based Adobe Illustrator created, all type fonts with created outlines or font files provided. Swatches created for each color in design.

2nd BEST: High resolution PDF: 300 DPI exported from a vector format.

All other formats: Highest resolution quality possible. In most cases, we can work with non-print ready formats, (PNG, JPG) for additional costs to prepare or re-create your files for screen print.

Artist/Design tips:

Adjust artboards to be as close to actual print size as possible when you begin your design, and change resolution to 300 dpi.

Ink color matching must provide Pantone PMS color code.

RGB or HEX codes cannot be guaranteed and can only be screen-matched to our screens.

2. How many colors in artwork and print locations per garment?

Each color in your design requires a screen(stencil), that we create. Each print location will need additional screens.

3. How many items do you need? Do you have a shirt or garment preference? (Good/better/best)

Provide a size run for each garment to be printed, or an overall quantity to receive an accurate print estimate.

Designs with multiple print locations and multi-color designs may have a higher minimum to keep your order cost-effective.

4. When do you need your items?

Typical turnaround time is 2 weeks once final art approval is received and your print quote is approved.

Turnaround times may vary depending on our workload, supplier shipping times and availability, and the details of your order. Additional services may increase order turnaround times.

If quicker turn-around is needed, let us know and we will try and accommodate if possible. Rush charges may be applicable.

Our pricing is based on # of garments to be printed per design and the number of colors in each print location.

Print price breaks at 36+, 50+, 100+, 200+ etc
